By purchasing a session package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: All session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. If a session is missed, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.
2. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a missed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Attendance and Session Delivery: Group sessions will proceed as scheduled, even if one or more players are unable to attend. If a player misses a session, they will forfeit that session from their package. However, if the entire group is unable to attend and we receive more than 24 hours' notice from all participants, we will reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time within the same package timeframe.
4. No Extensions: If a client misses a session due to illness, injury, or any other reason, the session will be considered forfeited. We do not extend or carry over unused sessions beyond the original package limit.
5. Package Expiry: All packages must be completed within 4 months of the original purchase date. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will be forfeited.
6. Attendance: We recommend that clients attend all scheduled sessions to maximize the value of their package and ensure consistent progress in training.

By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms and confirm your understanding of our cancellation, attendance and group session policies.
