What is the cost of a session?

What age groups do you cater to?
Our training services are open to children from the age of 5 onwards, with no maximum age restriction.
Where is your training facility?
Our primary training facility is The Optimal Training Facility located at 60 Head St. Unit 11 in Dundas, ON. Our secondary facility is Redeemer Sports Complex located at 777 Garner Rd. in Ancaster, ON.

What is the difference between Optimal, Premier & Gold pricing?
The primary distinction between Optimal, Premier & Gold pricing lies in the coach's professional playing experience as well as their years of coaching.

What happens if rain is expected during my session time?
All weather cancelations are at the discretion of Optimal. We will contact you directly if a cancellation is required.
What happens if I miss a session from the package I purchased?
No-shows are not refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a missed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please see our Session Package Terms and Conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the amount of the session. If you need to cancel, please contact us here.

We are committed to providing exceptional soccer training services to our clients. Please be advised that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any training sessions or packages purchased.
